But I guess I've had this coming, huh?

Just had a HUGE update to my dA account, bringing up the gallery count from about 7 deviations to about 43, with 5 scraps. It's almost one, and I've been at this since about 10p.m. ... And... I ... wanna... go to bed... And the music I'm listening to isn't helping. One bit.

And after adding in MOST of the stuff I've managed to neglect for the last four months, I realized I forgot to put in the 10 facial expressions for my third character, Engsai, for my Character & Object Design portfolio. I mean, I passed the class with a B+, but... it would've been nice if I had actually REMEMBERED to put that one, little drawing, right? FRICK. Ah, well, nothing I can do about it now, except wait 'till my vacation's up when I head back to apartment, and scan it in so it's at least on my dA page.

Speaking of that... I don't WANT school to start up on another quarter. It seems like I've just gotten comfortable (a FEW things are the exception here... But I WON'T get into that), and my vacation's already half-way up. Sigh. I guess I have to make the most of it, then, huh? And for the first time in MONTHS, I've actually gotten to play a video game. Yes, the sweet, tender media I love so VERY much.

Currently, I'm switching back and forth between "Gears of War" online, "Eternal Sonata," "Lost Odyssey," "Final Fantasy XII," "Mario Kart Wii," "Zelda: Phantom Hourglass," and "Crisis Core." I WANT to get into "The World Ends With You," and "Metroid Prime 3: Corruption" (had it since it came out, but NEVER had the chance to play it) but these other games are just kicking my ASS. Especially YOU, FFXII!! But it's awesome I get to say all this... Considering just a couple weeks ago school was practically eating me ALIVE. Creating a series bible, sculpting a figure and environment, creating a character portfolio (which is ALMOST everything I've updated tonight), writing a ten-minute speech to speak in front of class (ESPECIALLY when it's on a subject that could get you mugged/jumped/mocked/etc.), and creating a 3D project in Maya for a teacher that barely taught you ANYTHING in the entire course he'd been teaching you... And then studying for finals for those same classes.

Well, it hasn't been easy, lemme tell you that. So needless to say, I'm ENJOYING the hell out of my vacation, and I forgot just how GREAT it feels to just be lazy again, sleeping in 'til nine everyday. 10a.m. if I feel like it, even! ^_^ It's been great... Especially with all the emotional crap I've been going through. It hasn't been an easy time for Ryan at ALL, people. But I'm glad to still be alive after this whole ordeal.
